Return Conditions

     >Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

     >Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

     >Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Return Process

     1.Contact us via email at service@zakenda.com with your order number and      reason for return.

     2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

     3.Send the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

     >Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

     >Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

     >Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
